I was impressed with professional work They worked long hours and hard. It wasn't easy. They reworked my shower drain. We'll done. Dismantled my existence of the 1 piece bathtub., Wasn't easy.. Took down my Old walls and started from scratch. When done, IT LOOKED GREAT!!! SAFETY HANDLES ARE STRONG AND SAFE. BENCH IS SECURE. FOOT STAND IS STRONG. I'M HAPPY!!!

I have never been more disappointed in a company in my entire life. Biggest regret. It has been over a year and the window they installed that was broken is still broken. They keep sending people out "to understand the situation" but nothing is fixed. My new not broken window has been sitting in their warehouse for months. My husband and I were played by their sales team and PM. They measured our windows horribly wrong. I have half an inch gap around my windows because of it. Screens were installed with rips. The installer busted my sprinkler and it flooded my house. Just a complete mess. But don't worry, I have my third home visit to explain this situation AGAIN. Can't wait to get my broken window fixed so I never have to talk to this company again. A complete hoax. Picture of my broken

Our installer Stan was awesome. He was friendly, kind, professional & has an excellent work ethic. We’re extremely happy about our new shower.

Started a project in April. Still waiting for them to finish our shower door. The installer measured incorrectly and just left the door and said he would get another one with the correct measurements. No hardware on it and it doesn’t even shut. It’s August and we’ve been getting the run around from this company. Every time we call for an update, it’s one excuse after another. The last one was that they were updating their system and the lady that answered said she didn’t know how to transfer me to someone who might know what was going on but she would email someone and have them get back to me. Well, no surprise that no one got back to me. So my husband decided to go in person to the address listed on their website. Turns out they’re not even at that address anymore and of course there was

This company has been terrible to work with. We purchased windows through them and it took them a year to install them. When they came to be installed 3 windows were broken. All 3 broken windows were installed in our house. It's been almost half a year now and still no replacement windows. I would not recommend this company at all!!!
