Jimmy is not only great at his job but he's also a very caring and understanding person. I used my homeowners warranty to replace my air conditioning unit. The original contractor that they sent did not do a good job. I complained so much that they finally sent Jimmy to diagnose the problem. He took his time and checked everything.
