I have worked with this company for two separate projects, so far. The bathroom and kitchen renovations have been exemplary experiences. He has also done multiple projects for my parents. We have all been beyond pleased with his accessibility and the quality of work. He is beyond reasonable with pricing, which is the biggest reason I look forward to working with him for the many renovation needs that I have planned. He seems to have various professionals to work with regarding plumbing, building new structures, and electrical work. Everyone involved is always very courteous and pleasant. I’m so happy to have established a working relationship with Darwyn of Z&E construction.

Z&E did a house/deck/patio pressure wash on May 14, 2024. They were selected based on the favorable reviews posted to NextDoor (Lake Ridge). Could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and professional execution of the project. Sidewalk and driveway were particularly dirty and now look like new. All of the areas on the siding, particularly on the second story, were thoroughly cleaned and, again, look like new. Highly recommended, very competitively priced.

The Painters from Z&E were great ! Very professionally and on time . About a year ago we had another company come paint our house and I can say as of now seeing Z&E and their quality of work, I wasted time and money on those other guys . 10/10 would recommend !

They did a great job on the townhome we'd rented. And they did it for a great price. I would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be using them for future projects.
