Have used this company in the past whith no issue, so when my heater went out they were the first plumbers I thought to call. They were efficient in coming by and giving me a good price which I did compare with other company's in the region and they were very competitive. I agreed and the heater was replaced the following day and have had no issues since. Thank you so much.

I contacted the plumbers to evaluate our hot water heater. They agreed that the burner and ignition needed to be replaced. They told us our hot water heater was unsafe to use and unplugged it while waiting for the replacement parts to come in. It is freezing with no hot water at the peak of winter and already one month later and nobody responds, nobody has called, the most I hear is that "the part is coming soon." Pushed back and pushed back with absolutely no accountability or assistance. I stopped receiving any updates, texts, or phone calls while we went for 4 weeks with no hot water. The distributors of the parts for our water heater claimed that no part was ordered by this company. I never could get any confirmation that Z&H Plumbing ever did anything to get the replacement parts. It

Such poor customer service. My husband and I wanted to use them for a water heater repair. They came and evaluated and shut off/unplugged our water heater. They said that the replacement part should be in shortly. That was 4 weeks ago and now there is zero communication from them. We have been without hot water for a month and they do not care. There is no follow-up, updates, accountability. This company is awful and I say use them at your own risk. I wish I didn't have to write a review like this but I do not want other people to have the same experience that we did. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR WORK.

Never ever book this guy!!! He came to fit a new shower instead my partner had to do it who isn’t even from the uk!!! Then he went to the boiler touched the buttons. After few hours later we placed the shower on the water was coming out cold callled the guy out called zaid again and he was rude , racist as my partner is Moroccan & blocked my mum when my mum asked him to come and fix the mess he created. Horrible service

Third time using Z&H Plumbing and the result was the same as the previous two: quality, service, and support! I’ve had them do emergency pipe replacement. Main water line replacement. Upgrade a dryer gas line hookup....I would not hesitate to call them!
