Parked my Tesla here. Took the car keycard and money. Turns out they banged the rear of my car AND deleted all dashcam and tesla drive footage from the USB!. Didn't realize the car was banged in the rear (ran into a pole) till I got back home at night. Checked the USB drive for footage, mysteriously ZERO footage was captured during the time the car was parked there.

Motorcyclist, here: Ramsey and co. (Ivan, Victor...) took great care of me in an area (South Beach) that is not so friendly to overnight motorcycle parking. Cut me a break on price versus automobile, too. Tagged this place for anytime I'm back in the area.

No issues. Easy drop off and pick up. Only wanted to stay for 2 hours and that was the minimum for 20 bucks. Only one block from lots of restaurants and the beach so it was convenient. They take both cash and credit.

Scammers.Choose to pay by card, they charged me normal fee of $20 for 2 hrs and then 99$ without my permission, i showed them that both transaction have been done exactly at the same time 15:26 pm, they would admit to nothing, more than likely they have a fake card reader fited on the parking machine and reads ur card and charge whatever they want, be very careful and pay cash if u can

$20 minimum for 2 hours. $30 for 3 hours. $10 per additional hour. Chaotic trying to drop off and pickup car. Does not seem like it was designed for valet.
