Had a big job. They let you know when they're coming. Mike did the job. He was here on time, let me know throughout what was going on. Professional and thorough. Ran into a few snags but fixed it. I called Zplumberz of Downriver and within an hour Devin showed up. He reoriented and re-glued the pipes under my sink after 3 joints fell apart 4 months after being redone by another company. He listened to my concerns and explained the issue with the previous work. He was done in under an hour and swept the area before he left. These guys came in with a fair, honest price — about $3,000 — and explained everything clearly. From start to finish they were professional, on time, and they walked me through the whole process. Devin and Brandon very courteous and respectful of home. Z Plumberz came out to service my stopped up tub 2 days before x-mas. The job only took them 30 min at most. I am not sure of cost because the service was covered under my hone warranty. I would recommend their services.
