Z-Pra Remodeling

Z-PRA was hired as a subcontractor to install a high-end synthetic roof at my home that they were not qualified to install. They claimed to be highly experienced and roofing experts, but the level of workmanship reflected neither. The manufacturer's rep and two roofing inspectors have all stated that the roof was "poorly" installed and must be torn off and replaced. Not only did they do a "poor" job, but they damaged all of my gutters and several pieces of trim. They re-mounted the damaged trim with roofing nails and left the site without removing nails from the yard, driveway, and street.
