Contacted this company to get an estimate for yard work that would have led to weekly and monthly services. Sent my address and was told I would have an estimate in a few days. After not hearing back for a few days, I followed up and was told an estimate would happen this weekend. Four days after contact, I receive random text telling me that they must have mixed up my address and they don't come out this far. Would have been really nice to know that when I first sent my address instead of being strung along for four days. This business lost a lot of money that I was willing to pay for repeat business. Guess I'll keep looking. Simple customer service and courtesy goes a long way.
