Zadrozny Fuel

Needed an emergency repair on the water heater as it was leaking hot water. Called Zadrozny Fuel around 8:00 AM. They call back soon telling me they're sending a technician. The technician calls me and tells he he'll be late so I wait. Almost 1:00 PM and with no response from the technician I have to call again asking for when the technician will arrive. I'm then informed that the technician isn't available today. If the technician wasn't available, why did they tell me they were sending one? Why did the technician say he was running late instead of telling me he wasn't coming at all? Wasted the morning waiting for the technician while my basement floods with hot water and now have to find a plumber. Edit: They called back the next day and offered an apology with store credit.

I see some very favorable reviews. My experience has been very different. The serviceman was extremely inept. All he kept telling us was what he "COULDN'T" do. We had this company's service for 9 years. Shame on us. He couldn't figure out the issues with our boiler that completely shut it down during 21 degree weather for two nights in a row and passed it on to us for US to figure out. Finally, I got a company to come in and assess and solve the problem within 24 hours...HIGHLY professional. I can't, in all good conscience, recommend Zadrozny. I give them a failing grade!

Zadrozny Fuel is the Best..We had a big problem with our furnace and John came over quickly and fixed it..They are reliable and friendly, commited to getting the job done right. Cant thank you guys enough for today!!!

They never made it to my house, twice? We rescheduled, they didn't show up or call or return my call. Still waiting...
