They left my home clean and everything they did works perfectly. ZAM Services worked with me to come up with an estimate that fell within my budget. I am very satisfied with their work. I finally feel like I have an electrician company that I could call that will do the job right for a fair price. Nicki, the office manager, was very professional and not only accommodated several changes to the start date, but made sure we were satisfied with all parts of this job - including ensuring that the technician who gave us the estimate was also one of the two people who came to do the job.

Zam Electric is one of the top and very skilled electrical contracting company in the Norther NJ and NY areas. The degree of care and skill from their competent electrical technicians is textbook. Their pricing is very competitive. Excellent scheduling protocol and customer follow up. They have completed several high design installations for me, and I couldn’t be more please with the results.

Two visits during the worst weather of this season - both times I had an electrician who knew his stuff, assessed and addressed the situation professionally, and moved around my house with respect. I will use them again, absolutely. From the scheduling through the walk-through, top notch. Added bonus: their various departments talk to each other - they communicate really well internally so I didn't have to chase people around their company.

I would highly recommend ZAM Electric. They installed my Generac stand by generator. This company is a pleasure to work with... super professional and responsive. I called several times with questions, and they were always handled pleasantly and promptly. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with this group.
