Had my roof siding done and railings installed on my staircase. They did an excellent job at a great price and completed everything very quickly. They were very easy to talk to and always replied quickly. They were also very polite! Highly recommend.

Luis and the crew @ Zam49 are excellent folks who do great work. I had some siding that needed to be replaced and rehung. The time from the initial contact to the estimate to completion progressed very quickly and smoothly. Everything went according to the schedule that Luis laid out from the start. The guys discovered some additional unplanned items that needed to be addressed, and did a fantastic job navigating the new challenges. I highly recommend Zam49 for anyone's home construction projects.

I had the pleasure of working with Luis the owner when we both were at another construction company together. He had always wanted to create his own construction company. He and his team have done excellent work for me at my rental properties from doing a new roof, changing windows, adding new bathroom, changing exterior door and screen door, cement work, building a new stairs in my garage. His team is full of good hardworking people. Pricing is very reasonable and his work is amazing.

5 Stars – Highly Recommended! As an investor, finding a contractor who is not only professional but also goes above and beyond to complete a job in a timely manner can be challenging. However, Zam49Contracting is definitely that guy! We hired him for two major projects, one of which involved removing an existing porch and building a new one on a narrow, hard-to-access street. Despite the challenging site, he handled everything with efficiency and care. The other was siding an entire house. He was always on time, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He kept us well-informed about the materials and timelines, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Awesome job! Could not be happier! We had our siding done. Reasonably priced and they paid extra attention to detail. You can tell they really care about the work they do. Job was completed in a reasonable time frame and cleaned up well every day, too. Highly recommend!
