Great sales ppl, Rick & Mike . Love our new flooring. The installer, Mike, was very professional as was his helper. They got the job done in 3 days, because we were going on vacation. This big of a job, he said, usually takes a week ! Very pleased all the way around!

My father had 45 year old carpet removed for electrical work and I am helping him get new carpeting. The first place we went was Zambito Flooring in Triadelphia. We were greeted by a woman wearing a slightly low cut dress that kept calling us “sweetheart” and “darling”. She would have a sad face if we mentioned that we are looking at other places. But we allowed them to come measure. We had two other places measure the second floor and give us square footage in the realm of 640. This was a bit more that I had measured, but I should have added more for the stairway. Zambito claimed we needed 850 sq feet. All new flooring displays and so many options to choose from. Carpeting, tile, laminate and more. Very nice store.

Had carpet installed in 3 rooms and the installers (Chad & Sean) did an outstanding job! They arrived promptly around 9:30am and worked until they finished up at 2:30pm. Their workmanship was 5 stars. Years of experience showed in the results. Very happy we went with Zambito Flooring America. Jennifer greeted us when we walked in the door and answered all our questions. Couldn't have been more helpful. She brought samples to our home a couple days later and allowed us to see how they looked against the walls. Customer service is rare nowadays so it was nice to experience it once again. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new flooring. And finally, I've never met any of them before so this is a 100% honest, non-biased review.
