This guy is not serious about his business at all I contacted him at 2:30 and he said 2 hours then when it got down to 1 hour I was trying to verify and he said yeah he just kept saying uh-huh then when I called back an hour and a half later at 4:30 he said Oh I thought you didn't you say you didn't want me to get it that was a complete fabrication he would not answer any time frame that I asked him about. He had no plans on purchasing the vehicle which is I don't understand why he keeps telling people that. Then he finally gets back to me and says sorry I don't do Norfolk I sent him the address 3 hours ago he should have Googled it then or asked me then I called him and talked to him four times and he would not answer any of my questions about his time frame he definitely does bad busines

Call this company yesterday they gave me a quote for a vehicle I was junking said they would be here to pick up the vehicle never showed up refused to answer my calls. I left them a voicemail saying hey, could you get back to me whenever you hear this never responded, still refused to answer my calls, if I could give this company a zero star rating, I would completely disrespectful, horrible way to run a business. I wouldn’t recommend using this business, unless you want your time wasted.

I hate to leave a bad review, I really do, but these guys left my hanging. I have a vehicle that will probably never start again and I was willing to sell it for scrap. I called these guys yesterday and they said they would buy it. I gave them the location and a time that I could meet them and they said ok. I was there at said time and location but they never showed. Tried calling and texting but got no reply. After reading many other negative reviews for this business, I would strongly recommend searching elsewhere for a buyer if you have a car that needs to be scrapped.

Called this morning to ask about a car he hangs up on immediately mind you this my first time calling this company. Very rude !! Do not work with this company they are a joke.

Only gave one star just to leave a review. At first I thought this was a good place until someone stole my husband's watch out of my Mercedes. They fixed my car and the next day it was broke down again coincidentally..... I didn't want to use them again but my husband too my truck there and I didn't even get a estimate they just did the work and charged me over $500 bucks. I asked to see the work Mr Lee says I have to drive and pay at the other shop and come back and he would show me. I leave the shop because I am totally done with these people. Get half way home and my aniti freeze is spilling from my car didn't have any leaks before they got my car. I call and they tell my husband to get under there and see where it's coming from and hang up. These people are crooks. That's twice I think
