This was the first time I ever had someone come clean my home. I chose Zenita because of the great reviews. I spoke to her ahead of time and was very honest about the condition of my home and told her that I wanted a deep cleaning and to focus on my downstairs and bathrooms. When she came I walked her around and again went over what I wanted done. Upon completion, there she wiped my kitchen counters but moved nothing so there were still crumbs around items on the counter. There was debris on the stove, the kitchen cabinets faces were not touched, the trim that I asked her to clean was still dirty, there was dust all over my kitchen table, she did not vacuum around the perimeter before mopping (left random dirt spots on the floor), the bottom of my coat rack had not been touched and was s
