Wonderful shop! With the knowledgeable help of Vicki, Tahir and Copper we purchased a beautiful rug and are thrilled with the entire experience. A fantastic selection and very reasonable prices. Recommend this business wholeheartedly. Will next be bringing them a treasured rug we already own for cleaning and edging repair.

This is the most amazing rug store anywhere. Tribal rugs, folk art rugs, Persians, antiques, from tiny to huge. All tasteful and beautifully arrayed, and two floors staffed by owners who are incredibly helpful and knowlegeable. Really a unique destination, and worth an unhurried visit to Northampton just for this.

I was very pleased with my recent experience at Zephr Rug. Vicky took her time, showing me a variety of rugs that would work in our room. I had brought a photo which showed the colors. . She helped me narrow down the choices and explained the reasons behind them. I was so happy when we got it home and installed it. It was an educated purchase and a great experience. Yesterday, my husband and I went into Zephyr Rugs looking for a living room rug and also a rug for under our dining room table. We were immediately greeted by Jack who was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Then the owner, Vicky,, came in with a wealth of information that she so generously shared. She explained the different types of rugs, the manufacturing process, and even offered color suggestions when I showed her photos of the rooms where we would be placing the rugs. We were happily surprised to see how many choices we had that were at affordable prices and ended up buying two gorgeous rugs delivered by Jack - today.
