Great experience with this company! We had some old pet stains and some heavy traffic areas that needed a refresh. Very pleased with the outcome. Easy booking, timely service and the owner (who was also the technician) was quite knowledgeable and kind.

Shawn has done great job in cleaning sofas and rug which looks like new. Additionally he is very passionate about duct cleaning and understands it throughly. He helped me in understanding the issues with the last duct cleaning job due to which my new furnace was buzzing, had to get it fixed.

Shawn from Zerorez arrived right on schedule for our recent service. We had a large job—six rooms, a walk-in closet, a hallway, and 27 stairs—and the results were incredible. We just moved into a new home with high-quality but aging carpet (10+ years) that was looking quite dingy.
