A before and after picture. I was definitely worried at first because I did not think it could be pulled up from the carpet, however I’m extremely happy to say that Romeo did an amazing job today!! I’m so thrilled and very satisfied. All the dog and cat stains gone!!!! And no nasty smell or feels remain!

Service representative was prompt, professional and communicated frequently and clearly. Was respectful of our home using shoe covers and corner protectors. Offered services that he noted they offered without pushing us to add them. He was knowledgeable of services even though we did not use all of them. The grout cleaning was phenomenal and made our shower and tile grout look brand new. Carpet cleaning was good too and we can’t wait to see our large living room rug that was picked up for special cleaning. We have used them before and were just as impressed second time around.

Nathaniel did an amazing job cleaning my sectional! It literally looks brand new again. He was very nice, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be using Zerorez again. Highly recommend Nathaniel!

Richard cleaned our carpeted stairway and a long hallway. Next he cleaned four bedrooms. He did a great job in my opinion. Over the years I had rented steam cleaner machines and done the carpet cleaning myself. I think he did it a lot better than me!! The outcome certainly shows that. Richard was essy to deal with and I appreciate zerorez having such a good associate working with them.

Dennis came out and cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms and also cleaned a glider rocker and foot stool for me. Dennis was very professional and very helpful. I will definitely keep them in my contacts for next time. Carpet and rocker look great! I got the carpet protection also. Very reasonable price.
