Jan was very polite and professional. He was efficient and my carpets look great! He went the extra mile and removed a couple of stains! I would use this company again.

Jan was absolutely exceptional. He showed up on time and called when he was on his way. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the areas being treated and educate me on some things we could do differently to reduce the signs of wear of our carpet and sectional. He went over our trouble spots multiple times and got out a stain on our carpet that I honestly wasn't expecting to come out as well as it did since it happened months ago. He was very kind and professional. He represents the company very well! Highly recommend!

Ed showed up on time and was very informative about the process and the expectations. He was able to revive my old berber carpet where I could sell my house. There were a two spots he went above and beyond to try and clean, but the stains were too set in. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Ed for any carpet cleaning jobs.

I had them come out today and the guy doing the work was not only friendly, but very knowledgeable about our particular flooring. The before and after was like night and day! (The carpet is supposed to be blue!)I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for old fashioned, honest service with high tech cleaning capabilities. I am very pleased with our visit today, and will definitely use them in the future! A+++
