I hate to leave a review like this based on the actions of one person but this needs to be heard. Today around 4:30pm I was driving down 3rd street In Jax beach when I witnessed one of your vans driving erratically. He was weaving in and out of cars, cutting people off with no blinker, and nearly caused many accidents. He had no regard for those around him, or the safety of others. For context on how bad it was, I’ve never written a business a review because of how someone was driving. I myself am pregnant and he came next to me and merged if i had not been watching him closely he would have ran me off the road into the sidewalk merging trying to pass other cars. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. My carpets were already in very good condition, but I scheduled a cleaning before putting my home on the market because I wanted them to look their best. Unfortunately, after the cleaning, several dark spots appeared that were not present before the appointment. I’ve included photos showing the areas that were affected. The carpets looked significantly worse after the service than they did beforehand, which was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would personally choose a different company next time.

Terrible job cleaning the AC ducts. Waste of money. No customer support. They will not refund. They will not call back. They did not supply before and after photos. I own multiple rental properties across North Florida and regularly hire vendors. Clear communication and professionalism are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, my experience with ZeroRez was disappointing on both fronts. I scheduled carpet cleaning for a vacant property after a tenant moved out. The technician told us payment was due when the job was completed. We specifically asked if we needed to stay while he worked, and he said no. Since the house was empty, that made sense. As we were leaving, he said he would text the invoice. I even told him we would be returning before the job was done. UPDATE! 4/24/2025 I want to update my review; because the tenant had not received all of his furniture, he gave me the opportunity to request Zerorez to clean the carpets again, giving them the opportunity to honor their guarantee. The tenant informed me that the Technician was timely, worked quickly and the carpets looks much better. What I can highlight most is that Zerorez returned to clean the carpets again and they did an acceptable job. 3/24/2025 If I could give them 0!... I am not at all satisfied with the work they did, They're supposed to be specialists and professionals in carpet cleaning and mine were simply left with all the dirt and shadows of dirt especially in the traffic areas... the next day my family and I had to really clean them and remove all the dirt with a domestic
