I always have a thorough and accommodating clean with this company! They are very flexible and no harsh chemicals matters to me. We have been using ZeroRez for years. Jacob is excellent! Will continue to recommend and use their services.

I hate to leave a review like this based on the actions of one person but this needs to be heard. Today around 4:30pm I was driving down 3rd street In Jax beach when I witnessed one of your vans driving erratically. He was weaving in and out of cars, cutting people off with no blinker, and nearly caused many accidents. He had no regard for those around him, or the safety of others. For context on how bad it was, I’ve never written a business a review because of how someone was driving. I myself am pregnant and he came next to me and merged if i had not been watching him closely he would have ran me off the road into the sidewalk merging trying to pass other cars. They did such a great job cleaning my tile grout. Joe was very nice and prompt. I didn't realize how dirty the grout was until after it was cleaned. I would highly recommend this company.

Jacob was on time and very professional. He cleaned one large Oriental rug and one area rug and did a phenomenal job. One star was left off because the fringes of the Oriental rug could not be cleaned at the same time. They would have to bring the carpet to the store to complete the service. I would use this service again!

Oh my I cannot recommend this company enough. I needed a carpet cleaned before I moved the furniture in so I gave them a call. They sent an amazing cleaner by 1:00 that same day. The carpet looks amazing. Thank you Tom for making that old carpet look like new.
