We have been Zerorez customers since 2019 and have recommended their services over the years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. After we explained our ceiling price, the first technician’s demeanor became disengaged and we felt cornered into signing a waiver—something that had never been required in our previous services. His overall attitude was unprofessional and uncomfortable. A second technician was sent and stated he had been “brought up to speed,” repeating the same waiver explanation. I expressed concern about whether this would impact the quality of service to the field director and she assured me it would not. I had my carpet cleaned 1 day ago. The smell I had previously worsened, so I figured I’d give my bissel carpet cleaner once over today. This is what was in the tank after 1 pass in just my hallway. It's hard to believe anything was cleaned using professional equipment. Waste of money to be completely honest

I had such an easy and stress free experience with the Zerorez team. Made my booking online and they reached out to me via text. The person I was a texting with was a delight (sorry I didn't get your name!) Kwame was the technician who worked on my carpets and was done in less than an hour. It is still wet so will need to see the results in a day or two. Nonetheless I was glad I was able to work with this company!

Setting up the appointment was easy to do online. On the day of service our technician arrived within the time frame mentioned and was very professional in explaining the process and what to expect. I highly recommend Zerorez and will be using them again when the time comes. I also will be requesting technician Ali.
