A friend recommended ZeroRez and I am so glad I went with her referral. John called ahead and came to our home at the time I expected. He brought in his equipment with care and proceeded to review the services I wanted to have done. Exactly as I was quoted the week before and there was NO upselling. He worked with care and did not rush. I am beyond happy with the results of my carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and especially the tile and grout cleaning followed by a sealing. I will use ZeroRez again and highly recommend .

The Gentleman that was the ZeroRez Technician was Professional, Courtesy and Caring. By caring I mean he Genuinely was a Professional who take care of my home, furniture & Walls. He treated my place as though I was Family. Mr. John Harper not only did a Thorough job, pre-treating carpet and then cleaning it, he was Meticulous. It’s as though he was cleaning his own home. He got out Stains that I was afraid would not come out. The Man was Outstanding, I’ll be calling ZeroRez again when it’s time for my Carpets to be clean. Thank you 🙏 John. Like 👍🏻 New Carpet Again. Fantastic work! I called for a last minute carpet cleaning before I had new couches come in. They came the next day and were flexible with my timing. I had 2 rooms and a large living room as well as my stairs and two area rugs done and they all look fantastic!!

I am so happy with the service today. Had the tile and carpets done and such a weight off my shoulders with the house feeling deep clean again. The guy who came was wonderful and so thorough.
