I always try to support small local businesses. But after today, I will never be in this hardware store again They sold me a staple gun and staples that were not compatible. The only way I would know that is to take the staple gun out of the package. They did not even have a staple gun that would fit the staples. They sold me and then would not return them. I asked before I purchased both. Home Depot drone here on out. I hope Forcing the $22 was worth it for you.

Customers, watch prices as they appear at checkout - OR - check your receipt carefully before leaving the store. Yesterday afternoon I purchased $145.+ of merchandise that included two “Yeti” brand, insulated metal cups marked as $21. each. This price was less than I had seen elsewhere. When I arrived home two hours later, I noticed the receipt reflected I had been charged $25. for each cup. I called the store and spoke to (I believe) the same employee that had checked me out. They confirmed the $21. displayed price. Today I drove back to Powell to clear this up before it became dated. The clerk and manager became involved, explaining the displayed price was incorrect. I didn’t expect to get a free cup, or anything. Given I called a couple hours after the purchase to confirm the

Horrible customer service. Wish I would have read the bad reviews first. Return policy is non existent, even with unused products returned the same day with a receipt. What’s worse, we were told we could return with the receipt. The manager’s excuse “well the employee didn’t know.” Glad the employees are properly trained. Home Depot and Lowes will always make it right. It’s worth it to drive the extra few miles. That’s what I will be doing from now on. I’ll never step foot in Zettlers again, nor will I recommend them. They just don’t care about you as a customer.

Very unhelpful customer service when I called in for product availability. Person didn’t know and said those who could help didn’t want to bother. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

We have been shopping at settler hardware for about 25 years at least we used to go to the one on Henderson but now we go to the one in Powell. This is a great hardware store very old school they will help you and answer any questions you have and they are very very patient there is a young lady up front Mercedes there is a paint man I think his name is Andy there is the manager Mike all are extremely nice and polite and helpful. They have helped us out of many a crisis. I had to go to Lowe's recently and I was very overwhelmed I didn't even know what the names of the items meant and there was no one around to ask a question. I would highly recommend this hardware store. A+++ And they make fresh popcorn free!
