If there was a rating above 5 stars, ZF would get it. I've been in construction for over 30 years and can honestly say ZF is the exception to the rule. Professional, courteous, accommodating, and incredible attention to detail. I had other contractors booked for this and they completely failed. Steve came in on 7/14 and was done on 7/25, just in time for a big function I was hosting. He worked long hours and extra days to get done, just so he could hold up to the commitment he made to be done. They were working until 8pm on the night of the Friday the 25th to finish up, that's dedication to customer service. His pricing was great, customer service and workmanship to match. I Hired ZFOutdoors to help design and install our patio around our pool! Steve, Derryck and everyone of their workers were friendly, courteous, very professional and hardworking. Their prices are reasonable and their work speaks for itself. They keep the customer informed as the project progresses and helped us make decisions on landscaping, design and what should be done and why. They are extremely easy going, extremely reliable, and for a contractor they always picked up their phone whenever I had a question, thought or idea. I’ve had bad luck with contractors not showing up, sticking to a timeline or just being reliable. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire ZF Outdoors again!!
