Technician was able to come to my house with in days during the winter to review broken garage door. After discussion, they didn’t make parts anymore for my garage door. I was given estimates and brochures of garage options and made an order for a garage. Paid half down and it was 6-8 weeks for install. Got a call to install, and it works great with my existing garage door opener.

Reliable and efficient! Fair pricing and great customer service is what I received. As a first time customer I was impressed! The coils on my garage door came apart in one side and prevented my garage door from opening and closing. I called Ziebell's on a Wednesday & the next day a technician was a my home to troubleshoot the problem. I was told I needed a new garage door opener & after choosing one he said he could install it immediately!! Wow I was so amazed it could be done so quickly!! The tech, Tyson, was very professional & explained things to me & didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. Also when I called Ziebell's initially I told the receptionist I had recently lost my husband & now I was in the position of having to do all the things he normally would've taken care of & I was finding it difficult but I was learning how to do those things because I have to.
