Had the best locksmith in Columbia South Carolina his name Is George SUPPPPEERR sweet guy came out after calling 3 other locksmith’s and got the job done in under 30 minutes and also threw in an extra key for me definitely top tier in my book and would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed to !!! Wouldn’t choose any other guy and let’s not forget to mention he’s super affordable the cheapest most officiant option !

Went to the store located at 2205 Decker Blvd. Called first to make sure someone was there . They said they were there. Arrived 20 minutes later no one there. Called them back and someone called. Said he would called back. Never called back. Dialed the number he called from and of course no answer. I waited over an hour because a service they provided for my key fob is acting up. Went there several times and no one never there. Bad service.

I would give this company a "zero" if I could. They texted that they would be out at 10:00 a.m. and did not show. I received no response when I texted after 10:00. I also called the main number three times and each person told me they would "have the technician call." No body did. I wasted an entire day waiting and was unable to work. I called another locksmith who responded immediately and for less money. This is disappointing because I have had Zigdon's make a key a few years ago for another car. I had called because I had superior service that time. Things change, don't they?
