If I could give them 0 stars, I would. From the start of the process. It was just a nightmare. First it was hard to even get the paperwork going from Eric Ward. We were already nervous about warrenty and workmen ship due to them doing it in the winter of 2024. We made sure to get some sort of garentee that the warranty would be covored, due to logistics of the materials.. fast forward, we get them here to do the work and not a single person spoke English. Which was a huge service barrier to have the entire crew and crew lead just not speak any English. The people they sent out also were slamming the wood sheathing and other things down so hard on to my exterior roofing, that my interior roofing broke in 3 places. I've been buying from Ziggy for my projects lately and find them well stocked in all the materials I need as well as very organized to help me get in and out fast and at competitive prices. The loaders are very helpful and seem knowledgeable of the products , making loading faster. They carry a wide variety of products and buying local feels good. The Lumber quality is good and overall service is appreciated.

Ridiculous!! Called 4 days ago to confirm they have Tytan expanding foam, as did my Spokane Valley store before closing a few months ago. "Oh, yeah. we've got it! Nope!! 30 min drive...to only find cleaner and "extreme temp" low expansion. I needed the regular "fill all". In addition to that I needed more P10 glue. They guy and I went to the back to check for more, and there were NONE of any. Additionally, I called and asked if they carried the Roxul Rockwool 24" batts for a bsmt home theater ceiling. He confirmed. I assumed he meant both "Comfort Batt" as well as "Safe N Sound" acoustic dampening. When I got there, he wasn't even aware of the Rockwool...and had to look it up, NO..there was NO "Safe N SOUND"! Three of the three things I needed were NOT missing from the shelves!! I c

I totally detest asking for help. The customer service was excellent! The gentleman knew exactly what I needed. He measured and cut the board for me. Then he had it carried to my car. And it fits perfectly. I put off going in for weeks because I was dreading this. They didn't laugh at me or put me down. Just five star service! I will definitely be back.

The staff at Ziggys have been instrumental in our successful building adventures this summer. We have had incredible help from Lee, Gary, Zack, and Kyle specifically. Today Kyle and Zack went above and beyond trying to help us figure out our stove pipe. In the yard, the staff are always kind, hardworking and oh so fast. They’ve taken a lot of interest in our build as we’ve been in ALOT and it’s been fun talking with them about various projects. This is what a building supply store should be all about! We have NEVER been disappointed and Ziggys is our go to every time. Thank you to the staff for all of the help!!
