Zikos Asphalt Maintenance roofing concrete

Very cheap and unfortunately poor communication. They were not transparent in telling me how much recycled asphalt was actually used in this job and the long term result is already showing 8 months later. I’ve tried getting ahold of the company a few times but they’ve stopped taking my calls. I’ve had 2 other asphalt companies take a look at the work I received and they think that I was ripped off - could’ve likely been done with better asphalt at a cheaper price. Overall I’m very disappointed in my experience and cannot recommend Zikos Asphalt until they improve their transparency, communication, and pricing.

I’ve tried numerous times to call both numbers on my contract sheet and both are not in service. There are noticeable tire tracks on my driveway that was done yesterday evening that looks like it came from their truck as no one has been on the driveway. Suspicious.

Recently had work done for my business and I must say they done an amazing job I’ve been receiving so many compliment's on my parking lot by customers and other local businesses nearby the workers was amazing and the owner is super friendly and kind not only did they do a great job to repair and restore my lot they cleaned up the whole lot as well and pick up other local debris I highly recommend zikos asphalt and I’m so glad I hired them thank so much again it was a pleasure doing business with you!

Truly amazing work my driveway came out great no complaints definitely recommend.

I don't know what's going on but this company did fabulous they did the paving on my truck stop and the ceiling and the striping and it looks absolutely gorgeous and its durability wise is great what all hevey traffic
