This company stole my upgrade money on a house I was going to purchase. Response: To the company, the house upgrades were not complete when I no longer wanted to purchase the house. Secondly, your so call preferred lender was a in the wrong by leading me down a path that was unsuitable for me. To my opinion, you all worked together to draw out as much money as possible from my pocket. Thirdly, where are all the other bad reviews that were previously posted on Zima Properties? I should have listened to the other people who Wrote really bad reviews on this company as well. Glad to see there is karma in the world and as of today the house is still sitting in the market :) unsold
