Received 4 estimates to remove a 33 year-old Oak tree. Alex gave me a reasonable estimate, but more importantly he explained the process and increased my comfort level that the job would be done professionally. He was by far the best out of the four and I am very happy I used Zimmerman. The crew was both professional and friendly and highly experienced. The job was done to perfection. Will definitely use again, if needed!

They damaged our lanai when trimming palm trees in our neighborhood. They had originally agreed to pay a small portion of the damages costs, then absolutely refused to pay anything. They were rude, unprofessional, and just outright lied. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES or they will act like nothing happened. Make sure you have a camera recording them as well. If your HOA uses this company, I would try your best to see what you can do to have them use another company. They do a good job until they damage something and refuse to pay. READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND BEWARE.

They recently trimmed our palm trees in Wind ward Isle in Riverbridge. I have a large corner lot the put trimming on 5 homes on my lot used a large piece of equipment to pick large stack of trimmings and damaged my lawn. Called up left massages never called back my HOA president called to no avail. Finally received text said they would look into the matter put down 2 pieces of sod I see customer service is not there priority. There to get paid and then they are gone. Big company but they do not do the right thing!

Zimmerman Tree Service is TOP NOTCH! We used them at the property that I manage. Orli was a pleasure to work with from start to finish—extremely knowledgeable about tree health, safety, and keeping our property looking beautiful. She and her crew came in and trimmed approximately 1,400 trees in just 3 days—an incredible job! Professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. All I can say is WOW! I highly recommend Zimmerman Tree Service for any tree trimming needs.

Zimmerman can be expensive at times, but you get what you pay for. They are professional and have done the best job of any tree service I have ever used. I have had a large ficus out front that requires professional service since 2012. I have used at least three other companies for the same tree and none even came close to the quality of what Zimmerman’s crews have done. Zimmerman is very efficient too, using what is now considered everyday technology (text messaging, electronic forms, electronic payment). I don’t have a before picture of the tree, but the after picture is all you really need to know. Let’s just say the tree was a total mess before and now it’s not!
