We were referred to Zinks by our real estate office when we bought our 155-year-old former chapel turned family home in the Marbletown area of Newark, NY. They had already done an inspection for the previous potential buyers, and for a small fee they transferred that report to us so they didn’t have to come back out. From our very first call, they were friendly, professional, and patient with all our first-time-septic-owner questions. I had Zinks come out a couple times in the last week. I couldn't be more appreciative for everything Barry & Zinks did to help me solve and navigate my problems. There were multiple times I called just to get advice on what to do or who to call next. And everytime they were so knowledgeable and willing to help. They don't pump, but they do communicate amazingly well with "J.S. Blazey" since I really wanted to use Zinks I figured I'd try out Blazey. I needed it pumped regardless for troubleshooting, and once again. Another great professional. Zinks Septic Solutions were an absolute pleasure to work with. We needed a new leach field placed and they made it as painless and simple as possible. They even took down a small tree that was blocking the site of the new field. This all occurred right when we were expecting our second child money was a little tight at the time - Zinks worked with us on a payment plan over 6 months. They’re flexibility was unbelievable and super appreciated.

Barry and his team were great and went above and beyond every step of the process. My situation was pretty much an emergency and he made sure to quickly find a solution and get me switched from septic and on to the public sewer. It wasn’t an easy job but they had it done in the same day once they started and even put parts of my fence & deck back together. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who asks.

When I moved in my new house I different contractor stated that repairs were needed to the septic lid and my sump pump. . Because of other good reviews I called Zinks and Barry came right out. He said the issues identified were not a major concern and suggested just leaving things as they are unless problems arise. Though I felt bad he came out for nothing, it’s nice to know that if it doesn’t need to be fixed, he is not going to try to sell it anyway. I’ll definitely call if any problems come up in the future!
