Zins did a fantastic job, had a pretty complex clog somewhere down my sewer line, they came out were able to get to the bottom of the issue, when I had further problems they came back and solved those too. Couldn’t be happier with the work they did, great family owned company, would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber, especially if you’re used to dealing with corporate owned plumbing companies. Ed just finished replacing the faucet handles in my bathtub/shower, which was complicated because the faucet is three handled and it’s difficult to find replacements. He went above and beyond to find the part, get a really pretty replacement for us, and got the job done in one day. He helped save our vintage tile and he was delightful to work with. Zins is always so wonderful to our family and we are customers as long as we live in Cincy. Thank you Ed!

The only word which accurately describes the service I received from this company is "Remarkable." I previously owed rental properties and used plumbers many time for interior plumbing and sump pump issues. Yesterday, the waterline, at my residence, ruptured and the repair required excavating the front yard for which the contractors, I had previously used, were not equipped. We called several companies who were equipped for the type of repairs I needed and all of them, except Zins, advised they couldn't perform the work for at least a week. Jim Wazins with Zins, on the other hand, arrived at my home within 2 hours of my call and provided a very reasonable estimate. I live in a condo complex with a shared drain that the people upstairs obviously don't know that they are not supposed to put everything in their kitchen sink down their garbage disposal. They had the main line clogged so bad that it was backing up into my unit and two units below me. Zins plumbing came out and were there for 2 hours trying to clean up the mess that these people caused. They were very very efficient and very respectful of my property two of the nicest guys you probably ever want to meet. They got the clogs and mainline cleared even kept going back to clean the line again in all three of our Units to make sure that it would not be an issue. Highly recommend this company if you have any type of drain problems.
