Byron has been cleaning our pond for around 7 years. He's a nice guy. His initial quote was $65 for pond and filter cleaning, then $85 the month my husband died 2.5 years ago. Every once in awhile the next day after pond servicing, the pond will rapidly lose water and need to be refilled daily. We didn't mind this mistake. We refilled the pond daily until Byron could come back out and fix whatever he had done. This happened again in December. This time though, when alerted that the pond was losing water rapidly since he'd cleaned it, he responded that he would come out that week and the "service call" would be $65. Called Zion Pond for a yearly cleaning, price was great for cleaning. My pond had about three inches of muck with other issues. Bryon was on time and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Bryon has great knowledge of ponds and can problem solve any issues with my pond. Bryon address all my issues of unclear water, poor filtration, liner issues and he recommended more plants for a BOG system. I was concerned of being up sold on things i didn't need. His bid was reasonable so we moved forward with the work. All I can say is OH MY GOD!!!!! my water is clear and my plants are healthy again and the water fall is awesome now. its been a week or so now, I have spent more time enjoying my fish and little time with maintenance of the filter and water. Fantastic! Bayron is very professional and highly knowledgeable in pond care. He did an excellent job cleaning our pond at a very affordable rate. We had bought new lights and he installed them. We had previous pond cleaners move rocks and things and not replace them properly. Bayron has an eye for this and was able to make our pond look as good as the day it was installed. Our pump was improperly installed and exposed by another company and he fixed that as well. He is the BEST!
