Jim is an exceptional HVAC technician. He managed to get my nearly 30-year-old AC system running like new. Unfortunately, two months later, one of the pipes burst and the system needed to be replaced. This was not Jim’s fault at all. The reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is that he was supposed to provide me with a quote for a new installation but never got back to me. I followed up with a call, but still didn’t hear back. I’m not sure if he had an emergency or if he chose not to take on the installation because he runs a one-man shop. I would have understood either way, but I wish he had communicated this to me instead of leaving me hanging. Either way I would still recommend him!

Jim was absolutely amazing! He came in a matter of hours when we were having issues with our boiler system! Turned out it was filled with dryer lint and soot! He's efficient and kind when he works! He came a second time to help with the tank and valve and even taught us (new homeowners) about what kind of system we actually have and what each component does for the boiler! We will definitely be calling him for all of our needs and maintenance again! Thanks Jim!

Jim and his team were amazing for our conversion to gas. He simplified the processes as much as possible between the town and the gas company making the process completely painless. He made great recommendations helping us pick the systems best for our house. His team was always on time, courteous and wonderful to work with. Hoping I don’t need them anytime soon but they will definitely be my first call if I do!

Jim responded right away when I left him a voicemail that our AC wasn't cooling our house during a heat wave with temps over 90. He made room in his busy schedule to send a tech out to do the repair the same day. We are comfortable again and very appreciative! Thank you for running an honest and reliable business. We will not hesitate to call Zip Air again!

Our AC broke during a heat wave, and we have an infant we recently brought home from the NICU. Jim made us a priority, fixed our AC quickly, and charged us a price better than we anticipated. He's a nice guy, super professional, and very knowledgeable. We will absolutely utilize his services in the future. So glad we found Zip Air!
