The technician came out to the property quick and was very nice and easy to talk to. That’s where the service ends. We asked for “flat black smart locks” and he brought a bronze latch and a flat black key pad. He installed them both and then tried to tell me that kwikset doesn’t sell matching colors somehow. A quick google search proved that to be false and also the box to the latch literally was labeled bronze!!!! I got him to install a flat black latch that I just had laying around instead. He then started rushing and installed everything all crooked. I pointed it out and he fixed that too. Then when he was done making them straight the lock was difficult to, well, lock ! He never even tested the “smart locks” and guess what….they don’t work. He also left a mess of screws and the
