Zito's A/C & Heating

First, this isn’t a paid review. Zito’s installed a new unit today and they came out 2 days ago to follow up on a quote I had with a separate company. From day 1, their communication has been HONEST, clear, concise, and often. I was provided multiple options for repair or replacement and they discovered areas that needed attention the previous company did not. The installation team (Earl, Anthony, and Bryce) were very professional and respectful. They laid drop cloths, vacuumed behind themselves, and thoroughly explained what they did and additional measures they took to make it easy for me to maintain and check the unit myself. You don’t get service like this from anyone, anywhere these days. Superb! I highly recommend.

My heat for my home decided to shut off, of course during the extreme cold. I called and Zito's Heat&Air and within a few hours they were out and my system was back running. They kepted me informed on all the issues and had it running like normal. They were very professional and polite during the entire call. Definitely recommend them for any issue.

Zito once again did an outstanding service. My heater had stopped working properly last night. I call the called the next morning for an appointment. They sent a technician named, Earl to my residence. He was on time, very professional and gave me a military discount. I had heat once again within the hour of his arrival. THANK YOU!!

Zito’s has always come to the rescue at the shortcomings of the company who originally installed the A/C unit in our home. We have had the maintenance plan, and it is worth every penny. Zito’s always has a quick response time and has knowledgeable technicians who are experts in their field.
