Bought 4 tons of crushed cement from them. Explained i needed it for a driveway. Spoke with sandy who said she has it in her drive way. Just there would be rebarb in it i would have to pick up. My step dad also has it in his driveway and he just used a magnet for rebarb. Got the delivery within an hour of making order. There is all kinds of stuff in it ive picked many peices of glass out of it. Material small metal shards. Broken pipes. This is not what i expected and frankly worries me about my tires driving over it. Called sandy back explained what i found in it and that i was only expecting crushed cement and the rebarb. Zollinger Sand and Gravel is an extremely customer oriented company with the BEST prices in NE Ohio. I needed 10 tons of #57 limestone gravel and was quoted $485 from Sandy (what a pleasant lady), but she helped me by informing me 12 tons came with free delivery for $510. A no brainer for me to get the 12 tons! I received many quotes from other services that quoted me up $250 more for the same gravel! (Truth) Now let's get to the driver, Mike. He's my new best friend! He took the time, moving his dump truck to spread the gravel to cover the more needed areas at the entrance of the driveway and 2 other spots to make my job of perfecting how I wanted the gravel "tweaked"! First encounter with this company, and I have got to say it is one of the best experiences with a company in a while! I ordered 6 ton of #57 limestone delivered they did it the same day at the most competitive price. I’m now thinking of other projects to be able to use the services of this very cool company.
