Tom, Abraham and their crew did an excellent job! Tom came for the initial estimate, was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Choosing them from that point was a no-brainer. Everyone was very responsive from start to completion. They wanted to start earlier than we could and once they did there was no stopping them! They had the demo and the new floors for the entire home done in 3 days. The crew that did the work was very respectful and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Update: After my review, the owner Tom reached out and met with me in person. He listened carefully, acknowledged the problems, and worked with me to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. He also explained that they are using this as a company‑wide teaching moment so the same mistakes do not happen on future jobs. Because of how the issues were ultimately handled, I’m updating this review to 4 stars. I hired this company through Angi for a marble backsplash installation and was very disappointed with the workmanship and oversight. The tile installer used oversized drywall screws to mount my outlets instead of proper #6‑32 machine screws, stripping the threads in multiple electrical boxes and even cracking some of them (see photos). We decided on Zona floors because they had the best price and the best reviews. Jacob was our salesman and came in and explained everything great. The installation crew showed up on time and after one day had demoed 750sqft of tile. They came back the next day and installed all the hardwood floors and most of the trim. By the 3rd day they finished after 4hours. They got a 4day job done in 2.5 days. We’re very pleased with our floors and would highly recommend Zona floors.

I'm indifferent with this tile company. Hired by my landlord to side step remediation after a court ruling for mold didn't go in landlords favor. This tile company and our landlord put the worker in harms way by having him remove a shower that was deemed unsafe and contaminated with 3 different types of water damage causing mold, including black mold, even though property management dispatched remediation to resolve it prior to owner sidestepping laws. They returned to finish the renovation after remediation took over and removed the mold. They left the job unfinished and another vendor was dispatched to repair the chaos left weeks later. As a tenant I'm unsure what caused this abrupt half-done project ending the way it did, but others should know what they may get into dealing with this c
