Zongora Comfort Solutions was very professional from start to finish. We needed maintenance on our HVAC and humidifier systems, as well as replacement of a floor vent that had rusted out. Rick came out to look at what needed to be done and gave us a fair quote in a timely manner. He is great to work with, very honest and professional. Michael came out and performed the work. He was also very professional and thorough, explained to me what he did, and cleaned up everything nicely. I highly recommend this company.

My partner and I purchased our home eight months ago. A brand-new boiler had been installed by Zongora a few months before closing, and we were told it was still under warranty with covered parts. About a month ago, we began experiencing intermittent heat loss. Zongora made multiple service visits. The first involved bleeding the radiators and assuring us the issue was resolved. When the problem continued, the same technician returned, replaced the expansion tank (labor-only charge), and again bled the system.
