We had a great experience with Chris at Zook. He was extremely friendly, honest & knowledgeable. I called beforehand to get upfront pricing for spring replacement and what I was charged was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. No games or up charging, which I greatly appreciate. I was hesitant on which company to go with after reading a lot of negative reviews online for other companies. It seems most of the other companies give you a price over the phone then charge you way more in person after the work is done. I’m happy to say that this company was very transparent and honest. I highly recommend them.

Prompt, professional service! When the support spring on my garage door broke, I got next day service at a very reasonable price. In the process of replacing the spring, Eric, the Technician, pointed out that the drive gear on my opener was about to fail. He had the part and was able to fix it at the same time. I highly recommend Zook and will use them again if I need additional service.

Dennis came today for estimate and right then and there he fix my garage door right away. I highly recommend this company if you have a garage door problem. He is honest. Reasonable charge! I don’t normally give 5stars to reviews and give them room for improvement but this guys is amazing. Thank you again Dennis!
