Quantavius emptied my septic tank. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a lot of information about my system which was especially helpful as a first time home owner with a septic system. And they fit me in late in the day when my system was backing up. Would definitely use again!

I needed my septic pumped and it was getting urgent when my sink, bathtub and toilet stopped draining. I called 12 places and the only person that called me back was Quan. He showed up in 20 minutes with a very quick and professional assessment and charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

Quan was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. I don’t know a lot about sewer systems, but he made the process understandable and explained what he was doing very well.

Nate Latham did a fine job on my drain clean out! He was friendly (if not downright cheery!), personable, polite, competent, clear in his explanations and professional. I'll be honest, however, was not expecting the very high ticket price on the work (compared to the last clean out I had done 2-3 years ago), but then everything has gone up since that time, as has the technology apparently. So no complaints other than now I'm broke and in debt, 🥴😆 BUT my drain IS nicely useable until I can have the whole thing dug out and replaced! Big worry, but this is what happens with 100+ year-old houses! Zoom answered quickly and competently on every level from the first phone call through excellent communications, to the actual work and follow-up. Good job Zoom & Co!
