The guys at Zoom Drain we’re great they found the issue that’s was causing me living room to drain and they got it fixed as quickly as they could I appreciate everyone who helped out to get it fixed and also their customer service was excellent they made sure I understood everything and they made sure everything was in working condition before they left. If I have another issue with my drains I will definitely be reaching out to the people at Zoom Drain Tempe

Joshua G did an amazing job. Great customer service skills, kind and professional. He arrived early and I didn't have to waste my day just sitting around waiting. Loved that. Joshua did the job quick and efficient. Would recommend Zoom Drain 10/10.

Tech did not come to do anything. Received a message saying that he was in route. 5 minutes late, a text asking for the order number. Then a message saying the order was cancelled. Then a message about feedback....then nothing. Drain still plugged. The stars earned is for being communicative up to the point of being " in route". *editing after call from the owner! He did not have to reach out to me at all but, he did and explained the entire ordeal. Which I appreciate. Top level professionalism and indicative of the service his company would provide. If my current issue is not resolved by the "assigned company", ill call zoom drain.

Ray and Jon came out to help me with a bathroom leak issue that happened right before I left for vacation. They were courteous, efficient, and worked quickly to find the source of the leak and get the job done. I’d recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

My technician, Mr. Gallagher from Zoom Drain, did an excellent job fixing my heater. He was incredibly polite, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how smooth and easy the whole experience was. I highly recommend him!
