Mario and Rocky did an AMAZING job helping out with our older unit that was having issues. Before he came, our place’s temp had always been set to 69, but it was never cold enough. They come by, show us what the issues were, present the options (but were not pushy with it, which we really liked), and once we decided what to do, they got to work, installed everything, and made sure everything ran properly. Our place has never felt this cold. We appreciate the professionalism and the friendliness of the team that came out! It feels like a whole new place!

My experience with Zoom Zoom was a plus. From the salesman to the follow up to the notification of when the work was going to be done from the office to the service people who came out. Their vans are professionally wrapped with a top notch inventory of equipment, tools, and parts. They are professionally dressed, courteous, willing to inform the customer on what they were doing and why and following the contract without having to be questioned. The supervisor came out and provided small modifications to make the job better and I actually got more from the job then when I thought I was gonna get for contract. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he fixed it. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. Wonderful experience! Mario came out to my home to assist with an issue with my AC unit. Upon further discussion we decided to purchase a new unit. Mario was very thorough and explained our options and was able to get us a new unit the following day!
