Diagnosed the issue and gave very fair price which allowed us to have additional work done. By the time I got back from an errand, he was already done and had our freezer up and running perfectly. After hiring numerous handymen and spending hundreds of dollars with no success to repair my GE Profile double oven, I stumbled upon Zak on Google whom proved to be a god send! Not only was he extremely kind and efficient, but also took the time to thoroughly explain to me everything that needed to be repaired/replaced for a very reasonable price and was able to fix my oven with ease! The first time ZR Master came out, I was impressed — he was reasonable and personable, and I genuinely felt I could trust him with future work. Unfortunately, the second visit was the opposite experience. I gave clear instructions to complete the dryer cleaning only and not to replace the sensor until I did further checking. He told me the price would be the same either way, but then replaced the sensor without my approval. The sensor did not need to be replaced, the cleaning price was extremely high for the service performed, and nothing was provided in writing. I’m now concerned about the integrity of the work and the impact on my two-year-old dryer. What troubles me most is the broken trust.
