I had Raul come take a look at our roof after being quoted two times. We were told many many things were not okay with our roof that they were asking thousands of dollars for. Raul came out and identified only true issue and fixed it then and there. The other companies were just trying to get our money versus Raul just doing what needed to be done.

I had about 12 company's out for an estimate, Raul is the most honest up front roofer I've meet. No over sale, just what you need. All the other company's was pushing whole roof and not giving me an estimate for the part I want fixed. I have roofed my own garage before and was given excellent work by Zubia Roofing. I used Zubia roofing to identify and repair a small leak on my patio. He not only found and repaired that spot, but they pointed out additional issues on by roof that were going to be an issue very soon and fixed them. The cost was reasonable and true to my estimate. They communicated at every point in the process, and even came back after having been paid to conduct a water test on my roof to make sure I was ready for the winter. I am impressed with Zubia Roofing, and fully recommend them.

We were very pleased with the job the Zubia Roofing did for us. They tracked down some leak routes in our roof and completely solved the problems we were having. I don't expect to have future problems but I'll be calling Zubia to take care of it if we do.
