We had a new clothes washer that we couldn't use because the old hoses were rusted on the shutoff valves. I called Don and he got back to me quickly, despite having just been sick! He quickly got me scheduled and got our shutoff valves replaced and the new hoses hooked up to our washer. All the while, Don was pleasant and polite. His prices are quite reasonable as well! I really appreciate him, his service, and his demeanor. He's a rare commodity this day and age. Thanks, Don!
