I've now had my second scheduled visit from Zunex, and to my surprise, this visit was more impressive than the first, and the first visit was very impressive. Carmelo was on time and very efficient. He explained in great detail what he was doing and even showed me where I needed to cover holes in my garage to prevent critters from getting in. He took his time and made sure the job was done correctly. Thank you, Carmelo, for your professionalism and expertise. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

From start to finish, Austin the sales rep helping me with a plan, to Adrian the technician who was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They both took the time to explain the process, addressed all my concerns, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention to detail—highly recommended!

Jose did a fantastic job. He was professional and courteous. We discussed my concerns about where I had seen ants that might be getting into the house and he made sure to take care of those areas. He did an amazing job clearing out some webs that had been giving me trouble around the front door.

Adrian was my technician and he did a great job. He took down any and all spiderwebs on the outside of my home and was informative about the entire process.
