Ken Harris with Zytek Roofing is an angel sent from above. As I was beginning to stress myself with getting the roof repaired by my insurance company, Ken swooped in and saved the day. Though I was not aware of the process, Ken took the time to explain it step by step and assured me not to worry about it as he will handle everthing. When it was time to replace the roof, the contractors were on time, and the installation process was quick. Zytek has my highest recommendation for roofing needs. The entire process was as smooth as a homeowner could ask for. The initial evaluation by Don was very thorough. He gave me a very good debrief on his findings and explained how Zytek would replace the roof and with only quality materials. Once the insurance adjuster had completed their process, Mike helped us tremendously on picking out the colors of the replacement shingles and also explained the process. Roof replacement took place within one week of insurance settlement! Day of construction, the crew arrived at 7am and took great care to cover all landscaping and respectful of the property. From my initial call with Donald on December 30th; to his working with the insurance company to get me approved for a roof replacement, to his patience with me, responding to my questions and concerns, to the actual installation on January 18th, Donald and his crew were the most dedicated group I've ever had work on my home.
