Angel was excellent at providing all the details for the sale, Kathy was excellent at adding that personal touch, even though she was in a different time zone, and Jay…Jay did an outstanding job; saw his work when he did the siding job on our neighbor’s house, and he certainly replicated the work on ours! The gutter guys were extremely efficient, and knocked the job out in what had to be record time! The company’s, and their contractors’ flexibility with the weather, was much appreciated too. The 90-minute consultation with Charles was one that put me at ease immediately . . . . he was very personable and knowledgeable, and he listened well! I explained why we needed this done, and as we went along Charles addressed all of my safety questions and concerns. He showed me samples of all shower wall colors available, explained the tub-to-shower conversion process, went over options of shelves, niches, built-in seating, shower heads, and we discussed shower doors vs. a curtain. "Hansons replaced our roof and the first rainstorm our entire home flooded. Our family including 3 month old, 2 year old and 4 pets have been displaced since 07/13/2025. We were not informed by Hansons that they utilized subcontractors. We were also informed by the building department that a roof inspections were not scheduled and Hansons and their subcontractor were not licensed to perform work on our home. As of 03/05/2026, our family is still displaced."

I had three other companies tell me my project wasn't worth their time. I needed a walk in shower for my elderly mother. My husband met Stephanie, she promptly came over and sat with me and my mother to walk through our options. My mother had dementia and wasn't easy on her.
