I signed up under a promotion and I was told that my monthly rate would be $208 a month I was fine with that until the second month they hit me with $354 and now they send me a letter running over $360 starting in 30 days! I have spoke to them I have told them that this is completely out of the budget and that it is misleading because I signed up under a promotion where I was getting a discount they also tried to charge me for delivery and pick up when I actually took a moving truck and movers to their location by the airport in Nashville to have all my things loaded into a 16 ft container. I explained to them that I'm having financial hardship and then I'm only living off of less than $1,000 of disability every month and that pay $354 is completely outrageous and now they really have your

I have used Pack Rat twice in the last year and both times they were courteous, on time, and had great communication. The drivers were very friendly and worked with me on container placement. Customer service was very friendly and answered all of my questions when booking. I would use their services again in the future.

I’m beyond frustrated with Pack Rat. We scheduled our pod removal well in advance—a full month ago—and spent two hours on the phone getting everything set up. Despite all that, when our move-out date arrived, no one showed up. Why? Because they claimed they were “fully booked” and didn’t have the correct addresses for our pod drop-offs. Absolutely unacceptable. After calling in again, they said they could pick up one pod tomorrow and one in two days. Not ideal, but we agreed. Then I get a confirmation email saying one pod will be picked up in two days, and the other in a week. Completely different from what we discussed. It's like no one there communicates or keeps records. Pack Rat clearly cannot handle basic logistics. If you’re depending on them for a time-sensitive move, think twice. T

Deven is nothing short of a miracle worker. The precision he displayed in the simultaneous drop off and pick up was really impressive to watch. He was extra courteous, knowledgeable, and nice! We love our Pack Rats experience every time. Thank you.

The containers, delivery and pick up have been great. They are currently storing our pod at their warehouse until our new house is finished. Calling customer service for assistance is 0 star experience. Hold time was estimated at 1 hour so I scheduled a call back that was supposed to happen in 2-3 hours. Finally got an auto call the next day around 10:30 am and still had to hold 30 minutes for a person.
